By the time you have completed this review, you will find yourself with a complete understanding of what value the CBengine would be to you. You will decide if you want to join the inner sanctum of the Clickbank affiliate elite and use a Clickbank marketplace search engine.

Fair warning, this review has both the pros and cons of CBengine.com - Stick around if you want to hear both. I have to admit right up front, there are more pros than cons.

While learning affiliate marketing from my mentor, Connie Regan Green, she recommended that I use CBengine to find Clickbank products to promote. I got my 15 day free trial and played around with the Clickbank search engine. It seemed alright. No big bells and whistles went off.

A short time later, I needed to find some affiliate products for a niche site I was building. That is when I really jumped in and took a look at what CBengine was all about. Because I buy and review products for my readers, I bought CBengine Pro-Lifetime. (Just in case. Besides it was a good deal.)

The Cons - lets start here.

Being new to Clickbank, I was a little overwhelmed by everything on the site. I was lost. It was a little hard to understand the need for all of the data. The site seemed confusing. (Just a quick note - This has been corrected, there is hatting for Newbies.)

So, for starters I just used the search box. I was not real successful because I did not know all of the sub categories a product could be listed under. It was really tempting to just blow it off.

But of course, I followed the advise I give my readers...Get in, play with it and learn all of the parts. That is when I found the extensive category list. 

That made all the difference the world. Now my Clickbank marketplace searches were easy.

Too much data?

Next, it took some time to figure out why I needed all of the data presented. What is the purpose of knowing the gravity? or the history? What good was it to know the momentum and change?

I did not completely understand until I saw George Brown's use CBengine.com in a video for Google Sniper. His use of the stats on the search results was a real eye opener.

Now, all those weird stats are part of the criteria I would judge any Clickbank search engine by.

The Pros

There is a lot to this in depth search engine. Once you really understand what a Clickbank marketplace is all about, CBengine has some really great features and benefits to you.

In fact, what seemed like way too much stuff soon became what I liked.

Favorite features

Find Products - All of the different ways to find a product is also all of the different ways to look at a product. This broad viewpoint actually helped in picking top Clickbank products.

With eleven different ways to find your product you also have eleven different ways to analyze the data. I like to look for products with the best gains. Also locating a really top recurring product  increases your bottom line with out much effort. You only have to sell your buyer once.

You will find the feature you like the best. Mine just happens to be the Cbinsider.

Advanced Features - Where CBengine goes the extra mile -

Book Marks- You can easily organize your searches into folders. No doubt this will become one of your favorite features. Because when you have several niches, it is easy to get lost.

• easy access to see how the product is doing.
• stay organize, even with all you have going on.
• keep a folder for those products you come across that you might use in the future.
• generate a store front for just that niche folder.

Storefront - With your bookmark folders you can create a store front for each one of your niches. Such a great Idea!

This was hard for me to figure out. I really got confused. I still don't know what I did not understand. I had to have my webmaster do this for me. He did not think it was hard. Good thing.

CB ads - You will find this really simple. Just by filling in a few blanks you can generate ads with your links. Create your very own ads for your site. No need for Google Adsense.
